The keyboard has some issues; the technician said it would be fixed if cleaned. However, I didn't want to open the laptop, so I didn't get it fixed. The battery backup is very good. If you use an external keyboard, you won't need to fix anything, or you can manage with the touch screen. It is a touch screen + fully foldable model. It is in very fresh condition. The price is slightly negotiable.
