Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify and approach potential new sellers through daily field visits, cold calls, and lead generation across all business categories. 2. Pitch Bikroy Marketplace's value proposition to prospective clients and convert them into active, paying sellers. 3. Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first meeting to onboarding and first payment. 4. Register new seller accounts, guide clients through the platform, and ensure smooth onboarding via Bikroy's CRM. 5. Meet and exceed monthly acquisition KPIs: number of new sellers onboarded and revenue generated from new accounts. 6. Maintain accurate daily activity logs, pipeline updates, and performance reports in the CRM system. 7. Collaborate with team leads and support teams to resolve onboarding issues quickly and keep the client experience smooth. 8. Identify high-potential market segments and contribute to team-level prospecting strategies.
