We are looking for a responsible and polite Male/Female Customer Support Executive for our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer phone calls and online messages
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Manage Facebook and WhatsApp chats
• Resolve customer issues
• Provide continuous support and follow-up to customers
• Experienced candidates will be given preference.
Candidate Qualifications:
Must have clear and fluent communication skills
Must have the ability to persuade customers
Must be responsible, patient, and a team player
Qualifications
• Minimum SSC / HSC / Honours / Diploma
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from any recognized university
• Knowledge of smartphone usage
• Ability to write and speak Bengali fluently
• Polite behavior and sense of responsibility
Salary
• 27,000 – 32,000 BDT (Monthly)
• Opportunity for salary increment based on performance
