Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
1. Deliver food and groceries from restaurants/shops to customers safely and on time.
2. Use google maps and the rider app to find the best and fastest routes.
3. Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers and restaurant staff.
4. Manage cash on delivery (cod) payments carefully and update order status in the app.
Requirements:
- must have a bicycle, motorcycle, or scooter.
- android smartphone with an active internet connection.
- nid card / birth certificate.

- must own an android smartphone with an active data connection.
- valid nid card or birth certificate.
- valid driving license (only required if using a motorcycle).
- basic knowledge of using google maps and navigation.
- good and polite communication skills.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- educational qualification: class 8 pass / jsc / ssc (open to all).
- must be able to read and write basic bengali and english to understand order details.
