Responsibilities
ফোন ও মেসেজের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা।
কাস্টমারের অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা।
পণ্য সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
কাস্টমারের প্রশ্ন ও অভিযোগের সমাধান করা।
অর্ডারের তথ্য সিস্টেমে আপডেট করা।
কাস্টমারকে ভদ্র ও পেশাদার সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
টিমের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী দৈনন্দিন কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
Requirements & Skills
বাংলায় স্পষ্ট ও সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে সাধারণ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
MS Word, Excel ও ব্রাউজার ব্যবহারের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও শেখার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
কাস্টমারের সঙ্গে ধৈর্য ও সৌজন্যের সঙ্গে কথা বলতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
পূর্বে Call Center বা Customer Support-এ কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার (অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলেও আবেদন করতে পারবেন)।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
ন্যূনতম SSC/সমমান পাস।
স্নাতক অধ্যয়নরত বা স্নাতক সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

Job Responsibilities:
Speaking with customers via phone and messages
Confirming customer orders
Providing necessary information about products
Helping resolve customer complaints and problems
Properly storing and updating order information
Qualifications:
• Must have the ability to speak Bengali fluently and nicely
• Must speak with customers with patience and politeness
• Must have general knowledge of using computers and internet
• Prior experience will be given preference
• Must be responsible and regular
