Position Name: Patient Care Attendant / Assistant Job Responsibilities: - Provide daily care and support to patients - Assist in medical tasks. - Monitor health, assist in medication. - Take personal care of the patient and coordinate with doctors or nurses and healthcare staff. (Eating, bathing, dressing, etc.) - Ensure safety and cleanliness of patients in wards or cabins - Assist in taking medication (as per doctor's instructions) - Assist in transferring patients to wheelchairs/stretchers - Monitor patient's health condition and inform nurse/doctor - Assist in communicating with patient's relatives *Qualifications & Experience:* - Minimum Eighth Grade/SSC pass - Priority given if Patient Care Course Level One or Level Two or Diploma course is completed. - Priority given if there is a Patient Care or Nursing Assistant course. - Patient, kind, and caring attitude - Previous experience in hospitals or care centers is a plus *Workplace:* Hospital / Nursing Home / Care House *Duty Time:* Shift-based (Day/Night) * Duty Time: 12 hours Benefits * Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 Taka * Free accommodation * Good food arrangements * Overtime benefits * Two annual festival bonuses * Annual performance bonus * Provident fund * Medical allowance after 6 months Requirements for application: 1.
