Position Name: Patient Care Attendant / Assistant Job Responsibilities: - Provide daily care and support to patients - Assist in medical tasks - Monitor health, assist in medication administration. Take personal care of patients and coordinate with doctors or nursing healthcare staff (feeding, bathing, dressing, etc.) - Ensure safety and cleanliness of patients in wards or cabins - Assist in medication intake (as per doctor's instructions) - Assist in transferring patients via wheelchair/stretcher - Monitor patient health status and report to nurse/doctor - Assist in communicating with patient's relatives *Qualifications & Experience:* - Minimum Eighth Grade/SSC pass - Preference given if Patient Care Course Level One, Level Two, or Diploma course is completed - Preference given if Patient Care or Nursing Assistant course is completed - Patient, kind, and caring attitude - Previous experience in hospitals or care centers is preferred *Workplace:* Hospital / Nursing Home / Care House * Duty Time: Shift-based (Day/Night) * Duty Time: 12 hours Benefits: * Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 BDT * Free accommodation * Food arrangements provided * Overtime benefits * Two annual festival bonuses * Annual performance bonus * Provident fund * Medical allowance after 6 months Required for application: 1.
