Notice for purchasing 2 to 5 bighas of dispute-free land for an agro project
A few friends and I are planning to start a collective agro-farming (agriculture-based project) on our own initiative. For this purpose, we are inviting proposals directly from owners or reliable representatives to purchase land at an affordable price in the following areas.
Preferred Locations:
• Gazipur: Around the highway (adjacent to Maona, Rajendrapur, or Sreepur).
• Savar/Hemayetpur: Highway or Birulia area.
• Dhaka South: Mawa Road (Padma Bridge connecting road) or Keraniganj.
• Purbachal: Rupganj or adjacent areas.
Required Land Details: 1. Land Quantity: 2 bighas to 5 bighas (large plots in one deed are preferred). 2. Road: The road in front of the land must be 25 to 30 feet wide to facilitate the movement of heavy vehicles or trucks. 3. Land Type: Both high land or low land (wetland/nal) will be considered if the price is relatively affordable and competitive. 4. Documents: CS, SA, RS Khatian and mutation must be up-to-date. The land must be completely dispute-free and buyer-free.
Special Note: Since this is a personal and limited-budget agricultural initiative of our friends, please contact us only if you are the direct owner or can provide land at a genuine price. We kindly request you not to waste time with unreasonable or high-priced proposals.
