Responsibilities
1. Explain services to customers clearly and professionally. 2. Track, record, and report sales on a daily basis. 3. Follow up regularly with contacts and leads; develop and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. 4. Set and achieve monthly sales targets. 5. Implement sales strategies effectively. 6. Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.). 7. Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems. 8. Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up. 9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns. 10. Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
Requirements & Skills
1.Hsc / bba / bachelor / honors / diploma / masters 2.Female candidates, age 18–30 1–3 years experience preferred (freshers welcome) 3.Experience in immigration/education consultancy, visa processing, or overseas companies is a plus
