আপনার আন্ডারে 7 জন সেলস ম্যান থাকবে তাদের কে পরিচালনা করবেন তারা কখন আসতাছে কখন যাচ্ছে কে কত ঘন্টা ওভার টাইম করতাছে কে কিভাবে ক্রেতাদের সাথে ব্যবহার করতাছে এবং দোকানের কোন মালটি শেষ হলো এবং সেটা কত পিস লাগবে এবং কত সিজের লাগবে । এক কথায় বলতে দোকান তাকে নিজের মন মোতো চালাতে হবে

কোন দক্ষতার প্রয়োজন নেই প্রথম বার শিখিয়ে দেওয়া হবে যা যা জানার আছে সকল কিছু কোম্পানির মালিক আপনাকে বুঝায় দিবে এবং দোকানের মালিক আপনাকে সকল কিছু বুঝায় দিবে

Minimum Experience
1 year
Weekly holiday on Friday. 4 days of monthly leave, plus government holidays, and you can take necessary leave without salary deduction. If you don't take leave, you will get an attractive bonus at the end of the month. You will manage 7 sales staff, monitor their arrival/departure times, overtime hours, customer interaction, and inventory management. In short, you will run the shop as your own. Two shifts: 9 AM to 5 PM and 5 PM to 10 PM. You can work in whichever shift you prefer. If you take the day shift, there is a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM. According to company rules, you cover your own food for the first month; if costs are high, the company will cover everything through the canteen master.
