E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities: • Confirm and verify online orders through phone calls. • Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. • Process and manage daily orders efficiently. • Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally. • Update order status and customer information accurately in the system. • Prepare and maintain basic order-related reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements: • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, Order Management, or a related field. • Freshers are also encouraged to apply. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and internet browsing. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
