Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Visit Textile, Dyeing, Washing and Garments factories regularly. • Promote and sell textile chemicals and related products. • Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities. • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions. • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales/orders. • Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets. • Collect market information regarding products, prices and competitors. • Maintain regular customer and sales reports. • Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales service. Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology / relevant discipline will be preferred. • Candidates with other relevant educational backgrounds may also be considered based on their professional experience. Mandatory Experience

Required Skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Good knowledge of the Bangladesh Textile & Garments Industry. • Strong customer relationship management skills. • Excellent sales and business development capability. • Target-oriented and self-motivated. • Good knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel for customer visits.
