Senior Sales Specialist

Sales Executive – Land Share Sales Ummah Housing Ltd. is looking for energetic, target-oriented and result-driven Sales Executives to join our Sales & Marketing team. Job Responsibilities: Promote and sell our Land Share Model to prospective customers. Generate leads through personal networking, field visits, referrals and other sales channels. Explain project details, land-share benefits, payment plans and investment process to clients. Arrange client meetings, site visits and follow-up regularly. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports. Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team and management for smooth client conversion.

Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in Real Estate, Land Sales, Property Sales or Direct Sales will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales, negotiation and client-handling ability. Ability to generate leads, arrange meetings and conduct regular client follow-ups. Target-oriented, energetic, confident and self-motivated. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Willingness to conduct field visits and client meetings. Basic knowledge of Real Estate/Land Share investment will be an advantage. Good presentation and convincing skills. Ability to work under sales targets and performance-based commission. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
