শারীরিক ফিটনেস এবং স্মার্টলি কথা বলার যোগ্যতা থাকা। অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলেও চলবে আমাদের এখানে অবসরপ্রাপ্ত ডিফেন্স পার্সন দিয়ে কাজ বুঝিয়ে দেয়া হয় এবং ট্রেনিং করানো হয়, দুই ঈদের বোনাস সহ বখশিশের ব্যাবস্থা আছে। সেক্ষেত্রে দায়িত্বয় অটুট থাকা।
