It is written right there on which date I bought it... This filter comes with a full 18-month warranty... If there is any problem within 18 months, they will completely replace it for free... After those 18 months... if there is any problem with the filter, they will provide free service, you only have to pay for the parts... Their service is very good... They control everything through software... You can watch their videos on YouTube or Facebook if you want... I bought this out of fondness, but since we are used to drinking WASA water, this water is not suiting us, so I am urgently selling it in brand new condition
