Executive - Online Communication and Social Media Management
Requirements:
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients effectively (Experience in similar roles preferred).
• Proficiency in social media marketing and management across platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and more.
• Strong understanding of digital strategies and media buying.
• Experience in online community management.
• Ability to create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written materials.
Responsibilities:
• Manage online communities and respond to client inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create engaging content such as posts, videos, and graphics for various platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance.
• Execute digital campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Minimum educational qualification: HSC or O level.
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
