Associate Relationship Manager, Member Relation
Bikroy is seeking experienced Associate Relationship Manager, Member Relation. In this position, you will be involved in all aspects of Member Relations as follows in Job responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Retention of "Members" on renewals.
2. Responsible for maintaining regular communications with the members over the phone/visit to ensure revenue targets are met
3. Call/ visit to Develop & maintain good relationships with a portfolio member& generate Business for the company.
4. Expand Business from Existing Active Clients by continuously proposing customized business solutions
5. Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
6. Collaborating to Maximize Revenue by up-selling or cross-selling different products/solutions of Bikroy
7. Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
8. Prepare & update regular KPl reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
9. Planning and presenting report/result with Vertical lead on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
10. Ensure Monthly/ Quarterly KPl's (acquisition & revenue targets) are met asper the department's expectations.
11. Take Ownership of Companies Revenue Generating New Projects & Ensure More growth for the Vertical
12. Coordinate the work with team members to bring about the best result that ensures the growth of the organization.
13. Developing & maintaining good relationships with coworkers to ensure
14. Responsible for Bringing back churn members.
Educational Requirements:
Graduate or MBA in any subject from any reputed University (Preferably in Marketing)
Experience Requirements:
3-5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
· The applicants with experience in the corporate & client communication will be prioritized.
· Strong understanding of tele communication and marketing technologies
· Strong Presentation skill and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment.
· Google tools solvency is a plus.
