Achieve daily call and appointment targets

**Shift:** Night Shift — US Market (8 PM to 4 AM)
## **🔹 Position: Appointment Setter**
We are hiring **experienced agents** for our US-based appointment setting campaigns.
Your role will be to call US businesses, offer our services, and set qualified appointments.
## **🔹 Requirements**
* Minimum **6 months experience** in an International Call Center
* **Fluent English speaking skills** (MUST)
** Fresher also encourage to apply if you have English fluency
* Basic computer operation knowledge
* Punctual & disciplined
* No specific background required — if you can speak English, you can apply
* Education: **HSC / A-Level, O-Level / Bachelor’s degree**
## **🔹 Compensation & Benefits**
* **Flexible hours:** 8 PM – 4 AM
* ** 2 days off per week
* **Hourly Salary:** 70 tk to 130 tk (based on experience)
* **Attendance Bonus:** ₨2,000/month
* **Performance Bonus:**1500 to 5,000 tk
* **Salary Increment:** Every 6 months based on performance
* **Festival Bonus:** Twice a year
* **Yearly Retention Bonus:** Half of your average monthly salary per year* Payable when leaving with **1-month notice**
