Must Have To Talk In Clean & attractive Voice Tone.
Must Have to know Microsoft word & Power Point.
Male & Female Both Are allow.
Responsibilities & Context
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Assist customers with order placement, order status updates, and delivery information
Handle customer complaints and provide support for returns/refunds
Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM or company software
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and reports
Provide correct information about products, offers, and campaigns
Communicate politely and calmly with difficult or dissatisfied customers
Share regular feedback with the team leader/supervisor
Work towards achieving sales targets or customer satisfaction goals
Make outbound calls when needed for order confirmation or follow-ups
