Job Description / Responsibility:
▪️ Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
▪️ Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
▪️ Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
▪️ Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly sales reports.
▪️ Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team's help.
▪️ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
▪️ Understand the needs of business customers.
▪️ Educational Requirements:
HSC/Diploma/Fresh graduate.
Skills Required: Customer Support/ Client Service.
Good communication skills, Negotiation Skills
▪️ Experience Requirements:
At least 6 Months / Fresher .
▪️ Working hours:
Saturday - Thursday 10.00am - 7.00pm
▪️ Salary: Negotiable.
