Customer Service Executive
Position Overview:
Ash & Ray is looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth order processing, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, inventory management, and coordinate with delivery partners to maintain a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication:
* Respond to messages, emails, and phone calls promptly.
* Address customer issues, such as stockouts, delivery delays, and order confirmations.
2. Order Processing:
* Manage orders using CRM software.
* Verify customer orders through phone calls to ensure accuracy.
3. Delivery, Returns, and Exchanges:
* Coordinate with courier delivery agents for product pickup, delivery, and returns.
* Manage product returns and exchanges, ensuring they are processed quickly.
4. Inventory and Warehouse Monitoring:
* Update and manage inventory in the CRM system.
* Monitor the Warehouse Associate to ensure accuracy in invoicing and inventory tasks.
5. Reporting and Problem Solving:
* Track return and exchange rates and report trends or challenges to management.
* Identify issues and work with the team to find effective solutions.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
* Basic experience with CRM or inventory management software is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Experience in customer service, order processing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
* Education: Minimum HSC
Location: Bashundara R/A Gate, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 10K-12K based on experience
