Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to any inquiries.
• Handle and resolve complaints, elaborate the service/convince the client.
• Maintaining important files and documents.
• Greet the clients properly.
• Keeping all necessary information in right time.
Job Responsibility:
• Receiving office phone calls.
• Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
• Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query
• Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks
• Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the

HSC / Graduate from any reputed public/private University.

Additional Requirements:
Age 18 to 35 years
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Internet)
• Agents need to be smart & good looking Proficiency in both Bangla & English (Must)
• Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, Retail customer care Store

Salary: NegotiableTk. 25000 - 30000(Monthly)
