Requirements:
1. Age 22 to 28 years
2. Excellent written communication skills in Bangali & English.
3. Basic typing skill (English-30, Bangla-25)Strong problem-solving
abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
5. Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
6. Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
1. Respond to customer queries through non-voice channels such as
email, chat, and social media.
2. Handle inbound calls with professional manners.
3. Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer
issues.
4. Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
5. Maintain knowledge of our product and process
