Looking for Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
Answer customer queries about products and services related to the company.
Contact customers over the phone to confirm orders.
Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly.
Collect feedback from customers about service.
Follow up on customer complaints.
Contact delivery agents for updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Executive.
Must be fluent in typing on a computer, laptop, or over the phone.
Respond to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Track and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Applicants should have experience in the following business areas: E-commerce, E-commerce Startups, Online Retail Startups, F-commerce.
