🔹 Position Overview:
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Customer Operations
Location: Mohammadpur , Chandrima Model Town.
Reporting To: Customer Service Manager
Work Schedule: Saturday to Thursday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🔹 Candidate Profile:
Minimum Experience: 1 years in a customer service/client-facing role, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or service-based industries

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree (Honours/BBA) from a recognized institution
Age Requirement: 22 years to 30 years.
Professional Skills:
▪ Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
▪ Problem-solving mindset with customer-first attitude
▪ Ability to manage multiple customer queries with poise and professionalism
▪ Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email correspondence)
🔹 Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 13,000 to 15,000
Annual Bonus: Two performance-based bonuses per year
