Duty Time: (2 Shift)
-08:00 am to 04:00 pm and 03:00 pm To 11:00 pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Make outbound calls for customers to Inform about their order.
-Providing support to esteemed clients through internet & phone calls.
-Provide product information & take feedback to the prospective clients.
-Manage daily performance to ensure that all the customers get service over the phone.
-Manager Daily activity & customer information.
-To Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
-Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required.
-Manage order by Website, Facebook, Daraz database & Create delivery database on website
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
-Customer Communication, Customer Service etc.
-Computer Skill: Microsoft Office, Internet Browsing, Data Entry Etc.
-Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
-Only females are allowed to apply ( Ashkona Area Preferable)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Familiarity with customer service software and systems
