Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, talkative, and confident Customer Relation Officer to support the Management of Noor Traders with lead handling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in communication, proactive in handling tasks, and comfortable dealing with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls / text in a professional manner. Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and daily calendar. Follow up with both new and existing investors/ customers.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Noor Traders’ existing and potential investors.
• Act as the main point of contact for all investor communications, ensuring timely and transparent updates.
• Commuting / Attending events may be necessary for investor meeting.
• Achieve business target and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Planning and executing investor engagement activities
• Any other assigning task by the superior.
• Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and presentations.
• Basic expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
