Responsibilities & Context:
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls / text in a professional manner. Explain the products and services to the customers. Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis.
•Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
•Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
•Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
•Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
•Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
•Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
