We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Sales & Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team.
Conduct analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for organic and sustainable products.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is BDT 15,000-25,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
